A litre of Aloe lasts about 5 weeks @ 1 x 30 mililitres a day.

It is best to start on 1 x 30 mililitres a day, 1/2 hour before food, for the first 5 days, to introduce your body to Aloe Vera. The dosage can then be increased to either a further 1 x 30 mililitres 1/2 hour before lunch, and if required another 1 x 30 mililitres 1/2 hour before bed. Please do not exceed 90 mililitres in a day.
